Larissa Holland, Softball
"Coming into this season we had great expectations for Larissa. Larissa finished last season going 12 for 15 at the plate and 6 stolen bases. Unfortunately turn the page to 2023 and game two she breaks the middle finger on her throwing hand. So it has been a tough start to her senior season, but she has never let that stop her. She continues to push and cheer her teammates. Just an outstanding young adult and awesome person."

What is your favorite food? Filet Mignon

Do you have any pre-game/match/meet rituals? I listen to certain songs that get me into the right frame of mind, and then when I get to
the softball field I pray.

What is your favorite class? Anatomy and Physiology.
What are your plans after you graduate? Attend Missouri State University in the Fall. After I graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, I plan on enrolling in Anesthesia School at Missouri State in their 3 year program for Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists.
What are you most proud of? Winning first place at State Science Olympiad for my rollercoaster in 8th grade, being selected for 2nd-Team All District and 1st-Team All-Conference in softball, and my GPA.
Tell us something about yourself that most people don’t know. I was born with straight hair, but as I grew older my hair got curlier.
What is your favorite SCHS Memory? When St. Catherine won the House Cup my junior year.
