Lady Irish soccer earned the Big 8 Conference Championship in 2023 after an undefeated conference season, again. 

The Lady Irish soccer team joined the Big 8 Conference in 2019. This Missouri High School Activities Association conference includes Logan-Rogersville, Marshfield, Aurora, Monett, Cassville, and McDonald County.  2023 marks the 4th consecutive Big 8 Conference Championship for the Lady Irish with play having been suspended in 2020 due to COVID. They remain undefeated in Big 8 Conference play with a historical record of 24-0.
