JOPLIN, MO -- The Lady Irish were able to hoist a MSHSAA District title plaque for the 5th straight time on Thursday. The team traveled to Joplin as the Class 4, District 4 tournament was held at Shifferdecker golf course. 

The team carded a 350, allowing them to win by 17 strokes over 2nd place finisher Kickapoo. 

Lyla Louderbaugh led the Irish with a score of 70 (-1), it was her 6th win on the season. Louderbaugh has had a season, that has been nothing short of amazing. All tournement scores have been 71 or lower. Grace Tiedemann wasn't far behind with a 75 (+4), earning her 3rd place in the district match. 

The team will return to Joplin in 10 days to compete in the MSHSAA Class 4 State Championships that will be held at Twin Hills Country Club.
