The Lady Irish closed out their regular season with a 59-31 victory against the Seneca Lady Indians at Springfield Catholic on February 15th, 2024. Senior Olivia Swisshelm opened the game with a drive to the hoop and Ragan Barron knocked down a short jumper at the end of the game after her teammates persistently fed her the ball in the closing minute. In between, every member of the Catholic team- Wiseman (17), Farmer (8), Phipps (7), Galligos (6), Griesemer (6), Cleeton (4), Ahlstrand (3), Webster (2) and G. Hoerschgen (2) - scored in a balanced offensive attack.
The Lady Irish host Districts this upcoming Monday, February 19th with an opening game against Forsyth at 6 PM.
