Lady Irish Battle Bolivar on Senior Night
SPRINGFIELD, MO -- The Lady Irish faced off against a familiar ex COC Small opponent for their last regular season game of the year. The Lady Irish entered the contest at 9-14 and took the opportuntiy to celebrate the six Seniors on the squad.

The Lady Irish started off slow but ended the half with a one-point lead. The girls extened the lead to 5 at the end of the 3rd but went cold in the 4th.
Senior Lilly Edwards led the Lady Irish with 14 and Catholic Senior Lindsey Murphy scored 12 points. Murphy's 12 allowed her to move past Laura Gray for 18th place on the Lady Irish all-time career scoring leader list with 864 points.
The Lady Irish will begin District play next Monday (2/18) against Buffalo at Clever High School. Tip-off at 5:30.
