Led by Emma Belk's first-place finish the Lady Irish won the Big 8 Conference Championship outpointing runnerup Lamar 40-59.  Belk ran 21:09 outdistancing Cassville's Jordan Reed by over 20 seconds. Belk gained Conference Runner of the Year honors. Catholic's Katie Galligos placed 6th overall (22:04) and gained All-Conference First-Team honors. Elliana Lygrisse (22:57) and Kate Hull (22:58) were 13th and 14th overall and both were Conference Second-Team honorees. Macie Kelly (23:42) gained All-Conference Third-Team recognition placing 21st overall. Kelly was followed by Kaya McClanahan (23:44-23rd) and Mary Sharp (25:57-37th)

The Irish boys ran without their number fourth runner Gabe Auzias de Turenne and finished third overall. Irish freshman Kyle Hathcock placed seventh (18:12) and gained Conference First-Team recognition. Clayton Eck (18:23) and Parker Foster (18:24) raced 15th and 16th and were Conference Third-Team members. Rocco Palazzolo (18:58), Chris Todd (20:26), Gavin Pyck (20:35)  and Quinton Nanneman (22:51)  were Catholic's other finishers. This race marked the final time that the Irish will compete in the Big 8 Conference; next season they will move to the Mid Lakes Conference.
