Anna Burson, Cross Country

Anna Burson, Cross Country

"Anna is both an academic and athletic All-State performer; she has competed at the varsity level during her four years in cross country and has been Catholic's number one runner each of the past two seasons. She is only the second Irish girl to have ever raced to Class 3 all-state honors. She is a three time all-conference, all-district and all-SW Region performer. Anna epitomizes leadership in the arenas of service, academics and athletics."

—Head SCHS Girls Cross-Country Coach, Nick Russo
